My son is 4 years old. His weight is on the lower side of chart. Any suggestion regarding food to increase his weight. We are vegetarian.

As long as the child is active then nothing to worry, give him good fats and protein rich foods like eggs, chicken, Paneer, soya, dry fruits, nuts, bananas, avocado, cooked sprouts etc

Hi<br> if child is active and not falling sick frequently then dont worry about weight.. give healthy food regularly , encouraging him to play more outside..stop packets food completely..
