My son is not interested in eating anything healthy. All he likes is Bhujia or biscuits? Should I give him some supplements like PediaSure.
Please suggest.

Supplements r supplements they can never be like real food your first priority should be real food as most of the mother always says try to find new ways to make him eat nutrituious food you have to learn new recipes for kid n what I believe is this foundation has to be strong means you have to inculcate good eating habits from very start first of all don't put bhujia or some unhealthy thing in front of him or where he can watch easily you can introduce some healthy snacking option like salted fox nut, ground nut etc m you can also make wheat pasta or macaroni, uttapam chilla loaded with veggies if he don't eat any veggies like this try to make its roti

Use Bhujia and biscuit in innovative way... bhujia sandwich - take two bread slices apply ketchup on both sides sprinkle bhujia and keep a slice of cheese.. your sandwich is ready.. use mayonnaise on one side of u wish.. grill it or eat just like that.. Bhujia chat - take puffed rice, some chopped boiled potatoes, tomatoes, add green chutney, salt, add bhujia in last... you can also give simple poha with topped with bhujia...
Coming to biscuits which ones he like most... if Oreo then try Oreo milk shake, Oreo cake.. Parle G cake is also there... Biscuit pudding is also an option...
In case u need cake recipes I have shared it already can send u again... I

I was told to when she was 2 yrs old. I gave one dabba as i realised it wasnt gonna make a difference. I hv a suggestion - let him add bhujjia to a sweet potato chat or something filling. Make a butter & bhujjia sandwich. Biscuits can be added to custard. Try combining the not so healthy wth heathy. Try innovating dishes at home. Make muffins, oats biscuits and pancakes. Feed him sprout chats and sprinkle some bhujia. That way his tastes won't be curbed and you can enhance the nutrition he gets.
