it does happen that children do not poop for a day or two.. pick up his legs and make a cycling movement with them and apply little pressure on the tummy with the knees while doing so.. he may at least pass gas and maybe even poop.. a little oil at the anus also helps coz sometimes kids keep the poop in if its a hard one and they feel a little pain at the anus

you can give overnight soaked black raisins 4 in nos. , strain its juice and give first thing in morning.. he will poop
