Mine has only four but her doctor asked for proper brushing schedule to avoid dental issues.... we're using pigeon toothpaste and Mee Mee finger brush with Mee Mee tounge cleaner... brushing morning and night

and adding to sheeba's point- always make sure to wash his mouth and especially teeth after having meals or snacks or feed to avoid carries..

Just use finger or finger brush to clean teeth till two years... no need of any other products
