Hi as your baby is 1 year start giving family food whatever you all eat as family, adjust the spice level. Baby should be on 3 meals and 2 snacks, you can continue breastfeeding atleast keep the night feeding, its very important.

Breastfeeding you can do once in the day and then at night or which ever way you both are comfortable... <br> You can feed the baby breakfast , lunch and dinner .. full course meal and rest snacks and fruits and milk in between ..
