Yes teething begins usually from 6- 9 months. If u r talking about loose motions, then Pls keep everything sterilized whatever baby is taking in his mouth, since this is the main cause of infection and thus loose motions.; And keep other things out of his reach! Get baby some teethers and clean them <u>daily</u> or use frozen thick carrot sticks!

Teething is a long process. Pls make the it soothing by giving carrot sticks slightly cold. Massage the gums with glycerine while cleaning the tongue. And motion is continuing is ok not a problem if it's not loose motion.

It can be due to other reason as well, teething dosen't cause motion.. babies tend to put everything in mouth while teething and that causes infection.. get your baby checked..
