My son s almost 15 months old. My son fall from bed at 6.30 in eve. He started crying. I was trying to console my baby. saw a very little blood mixed with his mucus. He was fine after few mins. Normal as usual. Playing, finished his dinner. Everything was fine. After 11o clock he started vomitting. Actually I gave ragi Kanchi little heavy for him. Morning he was perfectly alright. Is it normal.
Very little strain of blood from nose. No swelling

you have mentioned blood so explain whether this blood was from nose or from the area where he got injured is there uska right now or is there a big swelling you can always upload the photo also
