Hi Sandip. As advised by BabyChakra expert Sonali Shivlani. Most babies who are exclusively breast fed appear lean. If the baby's weight is adequate as per the growth charts then there is no cause for concern. Please do not get anxious with comments and comparisons from family and friends.
