My sugar levels are high.. Ppbs is 135.. Have to reduce it.. As per doctor it can be very harmful for baby.. Can anyone suggest a diet chart?

Have methi leaves paratha wid min oil... N make a tea wid 10 methi seeds n 1 cup watr n hv it daily...my frnd had gestational diabetes n she vouches for dis..; ☺️

Avoid all high sugar fruits...like grapes, chikoo. Eat more chapathi, millets, ragi. Drink lots of water. Start walking daily half an hr atleast.
