My toddler boy refuses to go to bed every single day.What time is a good bed time for kids? Does it not matter as long as his total sleeping hours is adequate ?
Is 11 late? in the western countries all insist on a bed time of 9. just so difficult here

my 6 year old goes to bed by 11:00 pm and wakes up by 6:30 am
