My total weight gain till now is about 18kg. My pre pregnancy weight was in normal range. Is there any problem occurs due to this??

Eat high fibre food. Hope your sugar and thyroid levels are normal. Avoid sugars and carbohydrates. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables. Walking after each meal is very important.
