my twins are six week now. they r premie. came one and half month early. today my girl did yellow oily poop. can anyone tell me is this normal? she is on breastfeed. she urinates after every feed. when she got discharged her weight was 1.72 and three days back it was 2kg. but I am worried about the oily texture in her poop. please if anyone could help
