Hi Shakti there is no connection between breastfeeding and headache. However dehydration, high BP causes headache so ask her her to drink plenty of water and get the BP checked. She also needs lot of energy so feed her nutritious food like eggs, fish, paneer, tofu, soya, dry fruits, nuts, milk and milk products along with regular fruits and vegetables.
