the pain sometimes lasts longer than 40 days just because of improper sitting and the position it is very important to support your back while breastfeeding if you are feeding a baby just to prevent unnecessary pressure on the stitches it is normal do not worry the only thing we should look for is any kind of redness of swelling on the stitches or if the area around stitches appears red or is worm that might indicate an infection and in that case we need to start medications to resolve the condition but do not worry it is normal
