question
My wife has been advised Evion Forte capsule which actually contains vitamin e 50 iu vit C other amino acids n trace elements. She is also using Duphaston 10 mg. Now that's understandable Evion Forte may prevent damage from free radicals. But the problem lies, as per WHO recommendations vit e + vit c combination is not safe or known to help pregnant mother's. I am totally confused on whether to use it or skip it and eat balanced diet n other supplements as usual. I fear to ask my doctor regarding who guidelines in this regard. Can you help?

It is safe you need not to worry this s help to fight of of the free radicals and which are are primarily seen when the placenta abruption begins these are given to support the pregnancy the only problem that occurs in 5% of pregnancies is about the stomach pain because of the antioxidants role performed equally by both the vitamins stomach or abdominal pain is common it needs more studies is only a single research was done on vitamin C and e under the who guidance. you can definitely take natural measures to increase vitamin C as it is abundantly available in lemon oranges kiwi strawberries and berries
