It's low lying placenta you mean ?? Avoid picking up heavy objects and need to rest ..the placenta moves upward in most cases in the next trimester or stays as it is. Nothing to worry just follow your doctor's instructions till the next scan and relax....I too had low lying placenta Through out and was on bed rest..
