My wife is 9 weeks pregnant now. Now she is struggling to sleep at night. Is it normal or will it effect our baby? Please suggest a way to get a good sleep.

Hi<br> Due to hormonal changes few mommies suffer from sleep issues. Ask her to drink warm milk with turmeric. Stay away from gadgets. Read good books, listen to music. Rest is very important.
