Hi there are various reasons for headache in pregnancy 1. High BP so do check her BP. 2. Low Hemoglobin, check that as well. 3. Dehydration causes pain so ask her to drink plenty of water. 4. Sinusitis, pregnant ladies constantly gets cold so it could be that also. Steam helps , if the pain of consult gynecologist.

Give her lots of water and lemon juice..let her relax with low light and no sound...you can apply any external balm.. if it persists then in the next visit ask your doctor about it..
