My wife is now 3months pregent....which type of food is good for her health??? She doing job and that too she will stand about 6hours??? Any proper diet for her??

She must eat a well balanced diet, stay hydrated, avoid eating processed foods and fast foods, eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, stay active, maintain a healthy life style, take meds on time, go for regular check ups, if the work demands long time Standing it might strain her back too. Let her take a break in between if possible. Eat small meals at frequent intervals.
