My wife is now 3months pregent....which type of food is good for her health??? She doing job and that too she will stand about 6hours??? Any proper diet for her??

Hi<br> She must eat a well balanced diet, stay hydrated, avoid eating processed foods and fast foods, eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, stay active, maintain a healthy life style, take meds on time, go for regular check ups, if the work demands long time Standing it might strain her back too. Let her take a break in between if possible. Eat small meals at frequent intervals.
