No; apf used healthy and nutritious PISTACHIOS COOKIES🍪🍪

Ingredients:

Whole wheat Flour(aata) 2 cups

Sooji n besan 1/2cup each

Powdered sugar 1 cup

Ghee 1cup

Milk 1-2 tbsp(as req)

Baking soda 1 tsp

Elaichi pwdr

Pistachio
Method:

Sift whole wheat flour, gram flour( besan), sooji, baking soda together ... Add sugar, ghee, elaichi powder make a fine dough... Make small balls, roll between palms and flatten it gently.. Top with pistachio.. Arrange cookies in a greased tray with some distance between them as they increase in size... Preheat oven at 180 degree... Bake for approx 12-15 mins... It's done!!!
