#mystory ;Mothers lifestyle, food and habits changes after the birth of baby, the same thing happened with me too. My food habits were changed I use to eat all food group, I did not take my breastfeeding the reason to binge eat. In the post-pregnancy phase, I converted my food habits from restrictive to balanced. I enjoy all galactagogue be it ghee or edible gum laddoo, be it ragi porridge with nuts and ghee or coconut and jaggery I kept portion control but have all traditional food for a breastfeeding mother and I could happily feed my child till he was 2years old. I never had to take medicine for lactation. It was a smooth journey for us. He had been lactose intolerant for a while, which was worse days for us. But I was sure breastfeeding would only be the solution initially we had to give him some medicine and then feed, but over a period of time his body got used to and we could successfully continue breastfeeding.
