But as a fauji' s wife; or let's say a Indian citizen I don't appreciate wrapping up the flag on the body ... even if it's on the baby ..;; we need to respect our national flag .. 
And by no means it should be used as an accessory dress .
You can use it as a print on T shirt but not the flag itself
