1) Soak raisins in water in the night and it should be eaten early in the morning empty stomach, along with the water in which they have been soaked. This helps in constipation.
2) Mix half a cup of curd with one teaspoon of ginger juice and half a cup of mango juice. Take this 2-3 times a day for curing diarrhoea.
