Guguni /ragda and Chana Dalvada
Soak Chana dal, after 2 hours grind with green chilies , garlic and ginger ..
Add cut onions , curry leaves , mango ginger and salt and mix ..add a few whole Chana dal to it ..
Make small Pattice and deep fry , take them out and smash again and fry.* It becomes crispy ..


Eat with ragda or dhania chutney.
