When you are craving for something healthy and yummy , go for this tandoori vegies ... Cut into cubes vegies like onion , tomato (deseeded), zucini and all kinds of bell peppers ... Marinate : marinate it with little hung curd, salt , pepper , chat masala, chili flakes , besan , and crushed garlic .. Take one tsp olive oil and either make it on a grill tandoor girdle tawa or grill in a microwave .. It takes less than 5 minutes and the idea is to cook it less ..After that to add that smokey effect ... you can just show it on the flame for 30 seconds or eat it directly... Health bhi taste bhi ...
