Clean the fish , add salt and turmeric . Make a paste of ginger garlic white; mustard and green chilli ..Add salt , lots of mustard oil and slit green chillies and mustard paste and steam .. After steaming for around 30 minutes take it out and add a spoon of raw mustard oil. Serve with steamed rice :-)
