it needs to be weighed by benefit versus risk...your doc will know best but if in hospital and you are being monitored and if the Doppler flows are fine then so e time can be given for antenatal steroid and done growth ...however if baby is not gaining any benefit by staying inside better to deliver...you need an excellent NICU or nursery...I hope you are in tertiary centre
