Deepa, never squeeze out the milk, its called 'Witch's milk" which is the remaining hormone from mom's body...&#160; If squeezed out, it can even cause infection, which we definitely don't want. Let it be, don't rub it or touch unnecessarily, it will go away when the hormones go down... if there is any irritation or swelling or redness, then only you need to be concerned... take care dear...

@616d923eb34e550013ec23ff Hai.. most of the babies will have that thing... some both nipples and for some only one. DO NOT Press. Just leave as is... It will disappear in few days. If you try to press...or express...things will be worse. So better ...relax. It's the hormonal reflex.As baby have shared everything inside us for 9 months. It has even shared our hormones... That's y milk duct have activated. Do nothing ..it will go. It's a false symptoms and naturally occuring reflux.

yes dont worry its normal.... my care taker had expressed it and some kind of white discharge came....it will remove after 3-4 months

need urgent help..i can feel some lump hard knot like on left nipple of my daughter...right side it is not there..what it could be? m getting advised like it is milk duct and it should be removed by pressing and all...pls advise..m worried
