My SiIL was facing the same issue. She used The Moms Co nourishing feeds tea and helped her a lot. It increased her milk after 2-3 cups a day and the results very awesome. Tea is a herbal blend and caffeine free. You should give it a try

No animal milk Plz he is too small. Give him formula only and try to latch baby to increase supply. Or use breast pump
