My kids love idli,dosa,uttapam to the extend that they can eat it in all the meals of the day without asking anything else...
So I try and make different types of dosas for them...
One of the most loved is no fermentation no rice dosa..Yes you read it correct... ingredients urad dal 1 cup
green moong dal half cup
chana dal half cup
moong dal half cup
water
salt
oil for making dosa Method soak all the dals for 4-5 hours and then wash thoroughly with 3-4 water...Grind in mixer grinder to a smooth batter with water as required...
now add salt to the batter you going to use...Rest batter can be stored in freeze for 2-3 days...
now heat a tawa and pour a ladle full of batter and when it gets cooked from one side put little oil and flip the side...
