No one likes a flabby belly. Unhealthy eating, sudden weight gain, and lack of daily workouts are a few of the reasons that lead to increased belly fat. Adding on to this, a flabby belly is also very common after childbirth. To tone these abdominal muscles and get back in shape here is one such exercise to follow along with healthy eating and keeping a good fluid intake.
Standard plank
Lie down on your belly with your hand placed on the ground in a way that you are about to do push-ups.
Gently rise onto your toes.
Keep your core engaged by sucking your belly and tightening your buttocks.
Hold the position for about 20 seconds. (Increase the time gradually once your feel stronger)
Slowly return to the original position.
Note: This exercise shouldn’t be practiced during pregnancy. Women practicing this exercise post-childbirth should make sure that they have fully recovered from the delivery and the stitches have healed if any. #weightloss#fitness#exercise#seemasays
