NO- ONE-SIZE-FITS-ALL!
All parents and so are all kids unique — and there isn't no ONE-SIZE-FITS-ALL approach to raise kids.
There are different pareting styles:
1. Authoritarian parenting- Parent expects the kid to follow strict rules, without any explanation or questioning or communication. This parenting style has one way communication.

2. Permissive parenting - Warm and nurturing style of parenting but these parents rarely discipline their kids.

3. Uninvolved parenting- These parents fail to give any support to kids. They are detached from their kids. Communication in this parenting style is very limited.

4. Authoritative parenting- These parents set rules but are all open to listen questions or communicate with their kids. The rules and guidelines formulated by the parent is explained with reasons to the kid.

1. Adapt your parenting style to your child's needs- As the child grows and develops so does his behaviour, outlook, perspective. Change yourself with the child.
