Dear aap healthy diet lijiye daily walk kriye 30 minute .Active rahiye jitna aap ghar ka kaam kar sake kriye aap jitna active rhenge achchaa hai isase apko delivery ke time problem nahi hogi. Me diet chart share karti hu pad lijiye.
