normal dilevery ke liye mujhe kya kya krna chahiye i mean kya khana chahiye kitni walk lena chahiye..mai yoga exercise nhi karti joint family not allowed...so pls koi typicall chizz batao for normal dilevery mujhe bohot jan jaggery or dates khanee bol rahe hai so kitna khaao ek din me pls reply

normal or cesarian delivery depends on the situation and position of the baby. be active, go for walks, eat; healthy and keep yourself hydrated.

Delivery normal ho ya c sec vo apki body n situation par depend krta hai.kisi yoga n exercise n walking se normal delivery nahi hoti.aap apni diet achchi rakhiye doc ne Jo tablets did vo lijiye bus AAP active rahiye jisase apko delivery ke time problem naho.jaggary n dates apki health ke liye achche hai.

Walk at list 40 min daily... Be active... Bt at the delivery time it depends upon Ur baby's position that c section or normal delivery is right

Nothing can ensure you whether you will have normal or c section ,first of all try to consuntrate on; baby n your health talk normal walk in your house stay active but don't strain your body too much eat healthy don't take too much ghee oil ,salt n sweet ,take all things in moderation n listen to your doc that's most important n about dates n jagerry I won't suggest coz they both r hot in nature just be happy n enjoy your pregnancy
