Nose bleeding at last trimester. Is it normal? My right nose was bleeding for about 10 mins and stopped as I tilted my head up and did gentle massage on nose tip. I'm 36 weeks now, will this be a concern in mode of delivery? I had nose bleeding till my 5th month and have not got it since then. Should I check with my doctor immediately? #askgyne
Preetha,nose bleeding and bleeding even from throat if you cough hard is part of pregnancy. Since blood flow increases in the body during pregnancy. But if it was too much,you can definitely see your doc or talk to her on phone.its always good to keep your doc informed specifically in last trimester and last few weeks nearing delivery. I bled from throat and my doc said,its okay,nothibg to worry if you bleed again or see any discomfort then check with me asap. This won't effect mode of delivery .since it's too hot,weather too plays a part in Jose bleeding. Stay super hydrated,that means frequent pee calls but that should be fine.
