It was this day that you came into our world my little niece. Your mom was at her mom's and thats where she could find all her comfort the best to get you to this world, your maasis surrounded you,held you in their arms, planted kisses to your cheeks and loved you like no-one else!
But here you had your bua, miles apart, unable to be physically present to see you for the first time, hold you at your most delicate self and kiss you like one has kissed a baby never before. And yes! I love you even though i wasn't there and in my absence I have wanted you more than ever i possibly could. And here I am, yet waiting to hold you for the first time while you already mark your first!
You had me praying silent prayers for you, wish for you that you would pick up atleast some quality from me, see you grow over videos, listen to your chirps early morning as it may be, watch you from a distance while you enjoy your sleep and love you like you'd never be able to get one to compare.
While you may have many aunties to love you and pamper you but I have only one 'meemee' to shower all my love and only one brother whose babies would always be just as close as my own.
