Winter Special Mattar kachori
Today made Mattar kachori
Here are few snaps of process.
In 2 teaspoon oil I sauté onion, green chili and ginger garlic paste till it turned golden brown then added peas and covered it for a while.

Once its cold grind it in mixer.

For the outer cover I used wheat floor only. Added salt and carrom seeds (ajwain) to it.

Then stuff it like aalo paratha and instead of rolling it on chakla just rotate it on ur hands and then shallow fry in non stick.
Serve with ketchup or dhaniya chatni.
