Hi<br> Now that your baby has completed a year, you can go for walking. Check with your gynecologist and start doing abdominal exercises. Eat high fibre diet include greens lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. Avoid eating processed foods and fast foods, walk atleast 45monites a day to keep yourself fit. Follow an healthy diet and maintain a healthy life style. <u>Tc</u>
