now my baby is 4 months old.my belly is too much fatty .give me suggestions to reduce it.it looks like 3 - 4 months pregnant

After your doctor's approval you can go for regular walking and better still if possible join pilates or yoga classes which helps in stretching and strengthening without too much pressure on knees and back as with other workouts.
