Hydrate well, an extra 300cal of protein apart from a regular balanced diet. <br>
Walk well post meals don't stand or sit for too long and start staircase climb and exercise as well if permitted by your gynecologist to allow the baby to be positioned well. <br>
Keep a check on fetal kicks post meals.

just avoid long standing bending stretching activities.. try to comfort youself while sitting standing or sleeping.. make sure to have adequate oral fluids and healthy balanced diet.. with your doctor's consent go for brisk walks..
