# Nutrition week Let's talk about Breakfast : IT provides the body and brain with fuel after an overnight fast - that's where its name originates, breaking the fast! Without breakfast you are effectively running on empty. During a busy morning, it's easy to let breakfast fall low in your list of priorities, but taking just a few minutes to have something to eat can really make a difference to your day and your weight. If you don't have time to than you can eat on-the-go or when you get to work like a fruit. I'm having a bowl of mixed fruits followed by my tea how about ull . Do share your breakfast menu.

i take chana (black) , saute in iron kadai its full of iron. this is twice a week and i take roti with milk bread butter sprout moong upma etc.

I can't skip breakfast. I have a habit of having cold milk(lassj) in summer and <u>hot</u> milk in winter. Alongwith that I like to have pasta or vermicelli or sprouts or upma or Uttpam or different type of sandwiches or poha.<br>
I can't have heavy breakfast like Chole bhature type
