Poha is a very healthy and easy to make ingredient.It makes a great breakfast.You can cook it in so manys.
1.Rinse poha and let the water drain
2.Add oil to pan,followed by onion,green chilli, grated ginger,turmeric powder and salt.stir well.
3.You can add in boiled potato,peas,grated carrot,or mixed sprouts.Any veggie of your choice.
4.Stir the veggies and add in poha.Mix it well.add some lemon juice and garnish with corriander. For a easy sweet version,rinse poha with water.soak it in milk.add in jagerry,grated coconut,and cardamom powder.You can also garnish with ghee roasted cashew and raisins. This tastes yum!❤
