follow some tips to stay fit & healthy..
*include oats,nuts,green veggies nd fresh fruits in your diet regularaly..

*avoid outside food nd say No to junk foods..

*2 to 3 dairy products must take with your meals daily..

*drink plenty of water..

*prefer raw food or boiled ones rather than fried nd over cooked..

instead of: try:

1) white bread whole grain bread

2) butter olive oil

3)ice cream fruit smoothies

4)potato chips Nuts n cornflakes

5)soda juices
