#Nutritionweek #nutrition tips from #cuckoo'snest to yours!!
First up is my detox water!
I add cucumber slices and lemon wedges , along with a tea appointment of grated ginger and a few mint leaves in normal water and leave it over night . I have this water the entire day next day!! Helps with detox!
Next up is my sandwich:

Use multigrain or brown bread

chop coloured peppers (I attended a workshop with kids wherein little kids were verrryyy excited about the coloured peppers , the concept was incorporating VIBGOYR in their daily meals, which got them really excited about naming fruits and veggies in different colours) Hence the sandwich includes violet/onions orange, green and yellow peppers , red/ tomatoes to be mixed in fresh whisked cream. add a little herbs and freshly ground black pepper and salt . .

the entire mixture is to be added to the bread along with double fried goey egg.

off this goes in the grill!

feels incredibly delicious and is nutritious as well
