Everyone knows that avokado is one of the best nutrition food for babies as well as older people .But due to it is test less many don't eat n babies too don't like to eat, So here sharing my avokado recipes for staying healthy and eating in a tasty way.

1) first one is the avokado serial or milk shake. For babies of one year to above,Which I had shown in bowl. Just take the pealed avokado ,put little brown sugar n milk n grind it to mk a paste. It's tasty n my baby likes this way.

2) second one is avokado bread sandwich or avokado bread egg sandwich. This one is for elders. Just peal the avokado, add little salt n paper powder n smash it with spoon. Put tht to the grilled sandwich n eat, can also add egg pouch on the top to mk more tastier.
Both the recipes are very much healthier n tastier rather eating raw avokado.
