The funniest memory from my childhood include my struggle to find a perfect reason to not to have a glass of milk!!!
So it was must for me to find some non dairy calcium sources..
1. Milk is the source of calcium Not the only source of calcium.
2. We need about 300-400 milligrams of absorbed calcium per day from food sources and not much more than that.
3. Non dairy source includes:
- all leafy veggies
-. broccoli
-oranges
- dried figs
- kale
-sesame seed..
BTW my son likes milk A LOT!!!!!😱😱
how????why???
