1) Start ur day with lukewarm water..it helps you in digestion 2) Include fruits in your all the 3 meal(brkfast lunch dinner) 3)Include salads in lunch or dinner...raw things is must khira tamatar muli whatever you like .... 4)Avoid intake of thing which made from maida n also avoid oily things if not,try to reduced it's quantity. Weekend m koi rule follow nhi krti m😂😂 Follow simple kitchen rules n live happily life...😘😘
