Sometimes, when I'm too engrossed in work or I don't feel like making myself an egg and some toast, I grab some museli, cold milk and add a banana for the extra kick! Bananas are complete meals by themselves for me. And when I add them over cereal I know I've been good :)
What is your breakfast hack when you are busy or just lazy to rustle something up in the kitchen?
