Placenta is in the normal position. It is on anterior section which means in the front. The placenta is the baby's life support organ which provides the baby with oxygen and nutrition.
the cervix length is also normal. This is the mouth of the uterus on the vaginal end which should be closed and long. This will become short and will open when the baby is ready to be born.
amniotic fluid is adequate which is the water that surrounds the baby
the gestation age corresponds to your LMP date which means growth is normal.
your report is completely normal.
