Ingredients :
1 small cup of rolled oats
1 small cup of almond milk or water
1 banana (sliced)
1 tsp of cinnamon
Preparation :
Cook the oats slowly with some almond milk in a pan. Stir occasionally.
Once it’s nice and soft, add a dash of cinnamon for a slight sweetness.
Before serving, add chopped bananas on top.
Always check with your paediatrician before introducing any new food.
